FAQS
CAN I BRING MY OWN BIKE?
Definitely! The idea on tour, is that you can ride your own bicycle.
CAN I RENT A BIKE?
Yes, bike rentals are available from USD200 per day, depending on the characteristics of the bicycle.
If you need to rent a bike, please let us know no less than 30 before the tour to hire the right one for you.
Don't forget to bring your own helmet and bike shoes, also in case you feel more comfortable, you can bring your own saddle, pedals, and water bottles too.
CAN I SHIP MY BIKE TO CHILE?
No. We do not recommend shipping a bike to Chile due to Chilean customs seizing bikes traveling without owners to verify them. We’ve seen bikes tied up in customs, not arriving in time for a tour, or not arriving at all. Save yourself the worry and check your bike on your flight, or rent a bike.

However you can, on any day, choose to cut a ride short, miss a climb, only do the downhills, have a rest day or ask for more! The van is always handy if you choose not to ride, and a guide is always willing to do some extra distance if you wish. You just need to ask.

No, you will never be out of our reach. Usually, our rides will be divided into smaller groups with a guide keeping an eye on each group. If your level is far below what is required, we might ask you to jump in the van so as not to harm the group as a whole.
